10-Hour Public Speaking Bootcamp for Kids (Ages 8–14)

  • Format: 5 session’s × 2 hours (₹ 999) OR 10 sessions × 1 hour
  • Goal: Build confidence, clarity, expression, and stage presence through games and practice.

Session-Wise Breakdown (10 Hours)

Hour 1

Warm-Up & Confidence Building (1 hour)

Objectives:

Get comfortable speaking, remove stage fear, build trust.

Activities:

  • Icebreaker game: “Two Truths & a Silly Lie”
  • Voice projection fun: “Call the superhero” game
  • Posture basics: power pose practice
  • Short intro speech (30 seconds)

Hour 2

Body Language & Voice Modulation (1 hour)

Objectives: Teach expressive speaking. Topics:
  • How to use eyes, hands, stance
  • Tone, pitch, speaking speed

Activities:
  •  “Emotion switching”: say same line in 5 emotions
  • Gesture challenge: speak without hands → then with hands

Hour 3

Structure of a Good Speech (1 hour)

Objectives:

Teach kids to organize thoughts.

Concepts:

  • Opening, body, closing
  • The “Rule of 3”
    Activities:
  • Rewrite a messy paragraph into a structured speech
  • Group activity: build a story using 5 random objects

Hour 4

Introduction to Musical Notes

Objectives: Make speeches fun and engaging. Topics:
  • Imagery, characters, conflict & resolution
  • Hooks: questions, facts, humor

Activities:
  • “Story circle” game
  • Kids narrate a 1-minute story with props

Hour 5

Impromptu Speaking (1 hour)

Objectives:

Think fast, reduce fear.

Activities:

  • “Topic spinner” (random topics) – 30 seconds to think, 1 minute to speak
  • Word association challenge
  • Create a speech from 3 random words

Hour 6

Persuasive Speaking (1 hour)

Objectives: Teach logical thinking + influencing skills. Topics:
  • Simple persuasive structure (Point → Reason → Example → Repeat)

Activities:
  • Debate-lite: “Cats vs Dogs” style
  • Create a persuasive 1-minute pitch (“Why we need more holidays”)

Hour 7

Speech Writing Workshop (1 hour)

Objectives:

Turn ideas into a real speech.

Steps:

  • Choose topic
  • Brainstorm points
  • Add examples & personal stories
  • Add opening & closing


Activities:

  • Pair writing session
  • Coach review & feedback

Hour 8

Practice & Stage Presence (1 hour)

Objectives:

Bring polish & confidence.

Topics:

  • How to enter, stand, and exit
  • Managing nervousness


Activities:

  • Kids practice full speech
  • Use of mic (if available)
  • Video recording for feedback

Hour 9

Final Speech Rehearsal (1 hour)

Activities:

  •  2 practice rounds
  • Peer feedback (positive-first method)
  • Polishing gestures, tone, timing

Hour 10

Kids’ Speech Showcase + Awards (1 hour)

Objectives:

Celebrate & reinforce confidence.

Format:

  • 2–3 minute prepared speech per child
  • Certificates for: “Best Confidence,” “Best Storyteller,” “Best Voice,” etc.
  • Parents invited (optional)
